Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lattis desktop application, the web application at app.getlattis.ai, and the website at getlattis.ai (together, the “Services”), operated by ZetaMinusOne LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company (“Lattis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
  • Use the Services to generate or distribute harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.

Your content

You retain ownership of the code, prompts, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you process.

Third-party model providers

The Services let you connect model providers using your own credentials. Your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for any charges they bill you. Lattis does not add a per-token markup.

Lattis-hosted models are served through Lattis and its upstream inference providers. Paid plans bill usage of these models to your organization at cost, with no per-token markup.

Fees

The current public beta is free. Paid plans, when available, are billed through Stripe. Paid plans are month-to-month and charged in advance each month. Because plans are month-to-month, fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current month.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Lattis and its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lattis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lattis harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms other users or us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Rico.
